• Redundancy of the Internet is the ability to provide multiple paths for the traffic

Internet Backbone

• Is the core of the internet
• The largest and fastest networks linked together with fiber optic cables and satellites
  • The primary purpose of these optic cables and satellites are used to transport data across regions, continents and oceans
    • Mostly hosted by commercial, government, academic and other high-capacity network centers

Internet Neutrality

• Net Neutrality advocates for free and open use of internet, where all data is treated equally
